Our Team
Sumitkumar Jain has over 26 years of experience in the plastics, polymer compounding, recycling, and manufacturing industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully transformed traditional manufacturing businesses into technology-driven, value-added enterprises focused on engineering plastics, quality, and sustainability.
Beginning with Ramesh Plastics, he led the company's strategic transformation from 2000 to 2020 by modernizing operations, expanding manufacturing capabilities, strengthening customer relationships, and establishing a reputation for quality and reliability. Building on this foundation, he founded SRM POLYMERS, creating a fast-growing engineering polymer compounding business specializing in high-performance recycled and customized polymer solutions for diverse industrial applications.
A strong advocate of the circular economy and sustainable manufacturing, Sumitkumar has consistently championed responsible recycling, resource efficiency, and innovative material solutions that enable industries to reduce their environmental footprint without compromising performance.
His contributions have been widely recognized. He was honoured with the "Gems of Surat" Award by The Financial Express in 2020 for his entrepreneurial excellence and was conferred the Forbes Award for Best Sustainable Practices in the Circular Economy in 2025 for his leadership in advancing sustainable manufacturing and polymer recycling.
Sumitkumar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Petrochemical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Export-Import Management. He continues to drive innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth while contributing to the advancement of India's polymer and recycling industry.
Rushabh Jain has over 2 years of experience in business management, strategic operations, and sustainable manufacturing. As a Director at Formulon Private Limited, he works closely alongside the company's leadership in driving business growth, digital transformation, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
Rushabh combines modern business practices with a strong analytical approach, contributing to process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and the development of sustainable polymer solutions. He plays an active role in strengthening the company's market presence while supporting its long-term vision of innovation and circular economy leadership.
He was a joint recipient of the Forbes Award for Best Sustainable Practices in the Circular Economy (2025), recognizing his contribution to advancing sustainable manufacturing initiatives.
Rushabh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Studies (BMS) and has completed specialized programs in Digital Marketing, Data Management, and the FinBridge Program in Financial Analysis, equipping him with a multidisciplinary foundation in business strategy, finance, and digital transformation.
